We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for our test instruments (e.g., integrating spheres, spectroradiometers, goniophotometers). However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only.
All orders placed through our website or sales channels are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or quotation. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added separately.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LISUN GROUP, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within sixty (60) days through negotiation, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) or another internationally recognized arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in Shanghai, in the English language, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
