    Description

The EMS-ISO7637 Automotive Electronics Transient Immunity EMC Testing System is engineered specifically for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity testing of automotive electronic components in compliance with ISO 7637-3:2016 and ISO 7637-2:2021 standards. This system simulates common transient conducted interference phenomena in automotive power supply systems, providing standardized test conditions for evaluating the operational stability of onboard electronic devices—including electronic control units (ECUs), sensors, and charging stations—within complex electromagnetic environments.

The system integrates a multi-module waveform generator, an artificial network, and coupling/decoupling networks (CDNs) to accurately reproduce key transient pulses (P1, P2a, P2b, P3, P4, P5) as specified in the ISO 7637 standard series. It supports mainstream automotive voltage systems (12V, 24V, and 36V), addressing the electronic testing requirements for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and new energy vehicles.

The EMS-ISO7637 Automotive Electronics Immunity Test System features a large English and Chinese touchscreen interface that supports customized test procedures. Built-in standard test templates enable one-click execution. The system is compatible with LISUN software on PC platforms running Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 operating systems. It automatically records test data, generates graphical curves, and exports comprehensive reports, meeting requirements from research and development verification through mass production quality inspection.

    Standards Compliance:

    • ISO 7637-2:2021: Road vehicles – Electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 2: Electrical transient conduction along supply lines only
    • ISO 7637-3:2016: Road vehicles – Electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 3: Electrical transient transmission by capacitive and inductive coupling via lines other than supply lines
    • GB/T 21437.2-2021: Road vehicles – Test methods for electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 2: Electrical transient conduction emission and immunity along supply lines
    • GB/T 21437.3-2021: Road vehicles – Test methods for electrical disturbances from conduction and coupling – Part 3: Immunity to electrical transient transmission by capacitive and inductive coupling via lines other than supply lines
