    Description
  • The HLST Series Temperature Shock Test Chamber is an environmental simulation apparatus engineered for temperature shock and rapid thermal cycling assessments in compliance with IEC 60068-2-14. This system is available in two primary configurations: “Two-Chamber Type (Type D)” and “Three-Chamber Type (Type T)”, facilitating instantaneous temperature transitions across an operational range of -50°C to 150°C. Utilizing basket shuttle methodology (Type D) or airflow switching technology (Type T), the chamber accurately replicates extreme thermal differential environments. Incorporating imported core components and an advanced control system, the HLST Series implements comprehensive safety protocols and monitoring functions, optimizing testing efficiency while ensuring operational security. This equipment supports applications from laboratory-scale sample testing to production line batch verification, providing empirical data for product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across multiple industrial sectors.

    Operating Principles:
Two-Chamber Type (Type D): This configuration comprises independent high-temperature and low-temperature chambers with an integrated movable sample basket (test specimens are secured within the basket). During testing procedures, the automated basket shuttle mechanism facilitates rapid specimen transfer between thermal chambers:
    1. For high-temperature exposure, the basket transports specimens into the preheated high-temperature chamber.
    2. For low-temperature exposure, the basket subsequently transfers specimens to the precooled low-temperature chamber.
    3. This operational sequence subjects specimens to instantaneous thermal transitions, effectively simulating temperature shock conditions.
