UL 1598 Figures 19.17.1 and 19.17.2 Water Spray Test Apparatus

The UL Water Spray Test Apparatus fully complies with UL 60507-ENGL 1999 Figures 38.1 and 38.2, ANSI Z21.58 Clause 5.23.1 Figures 12 and 13, and CSA 4.3-2004 standards. It meets UL 1598 Clause 19.17 Figures 19.17.1 and 19.17.2 requirements, along with UL 153, UL 154B, UL 1703, UL 8750, UL 1741, UL 514B, UL 1278, and UL 1571 standards.

The equipment features standardized test protocols, enabling users to select predefined test parameters according to applicable standards without additional configuration. Additionally, it offers customizable test modes, allowing independent parameter adjustment to accommodate diverse sample testing requirements.

System Configuration:
• This integrated waterproof testing system consists of a water supply control unit with integrated tank and six UL-compliant spray assemblies.
• The water supply control unit and spray assemblies are independently positioned. Following sample placement, operators can initiate testing from the control interface, maintaining safe distance from the test apparatus to ensure personnel safety.
• High-pressure water hoses distribute test fluid from the supply system to each spray assembly, ensuring organized installation and optimal system aesthetics.
