    The LS-ELF 2D Video Luminance Meter performs high-speed photometric measurements compliant with CIE 1931 standards. This system records 15 frames of 2D luminance data per second and maintains measurement accuracy while operating at vehicle speeds of 60-80 km/h. Applications include display testing, light pollution analysis, lighting system evaluation, and laboratory photometric verification.
