Specifications include:
- Ball diameter: 5mm (R2.5mm)
- Total test pressure: 20N±0.2N
- Sample holder: Solid steel cylinder with diameter 50mm and length 100mm
- Material: Electroplated steel surfaces
Note: The ball pressure tester should be utilized with the LISUN GW-225 high temperature chamber.
Instructions: The ball pressure test involves applying a steel ball (R2.5mm) and a ball pressure tester with a total pressure of 20N±0.2N onto the surface of the test sample in a horizontal position within a heating chamber. The test is conducted at the specified temperature for 60 minutes, followed by rapid immersion (<10s) into 20℃±5℃ water for cooling over 6 minutes. Measure the indentation diameter on the sample surface within 3 minutes post-cooling to evaluate compliance.
