    Description

The SDR series Electromagnetic Shielding Cabinet, EMC Test Chamber, RF Shielding Room adopts a modular prefabricated design, utilizing 2mm high-quality galvanized cold-rolled steel plate as the core shielding material. Based on the Faraday cage electromagnetic isolation principle, it constructs a leak-free, fully enclosed shielding space through precision bolt fixing of the panel and high-conductivity mesh gasket sealing technology, effectively blocking electromagnetic waves in the 9kHz to 18GHz broadband band. The SDR series EMC Test Chamber, combined with power filters, modular floors, sealed shielding doors, and interface boards, ensures both long-term stability of shielding effectiveness and flexibility of equipment installation and maintenance. It isolates the internal testing environment from external electromagnetic interference at the source, while preventing the leakage of sensitive signals from within the room. The SDR series RF Shielding Room is seamlessly compatible with LISUN EMI-9K series EMI Receivers and other brand EMI Receivers. The room layout can be flexibly configured according to testing needs: it supports testing personnel and equipment in the same room, or it can achieve isolated connection between the test object and external equipment through interfaces such as N/SMA ports. It provides a clean, repeatable, and standardized electromagnetic environment for radiated interference and immunity testing, and is widely used in the stringent testing and production requirements of many industries such as electronics, military, and automotive electronics. Standards: IEEE Std 299-2006 Standard for Measuring the Effectiveness of Electromagnetic Shielding Enclosures, EN 50147-1:1996 Methods of measurement of the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding enclosures, CISPR 11:2024 Industrial, scientific and medical equipment – Radio-frequency disturbance characteristics – Limits and methods of measurement.
