    The Splash Water Test Device is engineered to fully comply with IEC 60335-2-42:2021 Clause 15.1.1 & 15.1.2 Figure 104, IEC 60335-2-64 (GB/T 4706.38 Clause 15.1.1 & 15.1.2 Figure 101), and IEC 60335-2-36 (GB/T 4706.52 Clause 15.1.1 & 15.1.2 Figure 102).

    Application: This device simulates the splashing of water from ground surfaces to the base of electrical appliances during rainfall conditions. It is utilized to evaluate the waterproof integrity of appliance bases in accordance with international safety standards, applicable to commercial electric food processing machinery, electric stoves, washing machines, and similar household appliances.

    Sample Scope: Commercial electric stoves, ovens, cookers, commercial electric food processing machinery, and other household appliances requiring base waterproof validation.

    Structural and Functional Specifications: The device features an aluminum profile framework with vertically adjustable splash structure components. It incorporates Foma wheels for mobility and stabilization. Critical components including the nozzle, bowl, and piping are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance. A precision pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring of operational water pressure.
