Pendulum Impact Test Device
Leave a Message
The IK01-06P small pendulum impact tester is engineered to simulate pendulum-style mechanical impacts encountered by products during transportation, installation, and operational use, providing precise assessment of impact resistance for housings and structural components. The device incorporates an integrated mechanical structure with a high-rigidity swing arm, delivering consistent impact energy that conforms to international standards (covering IK01 through IK06 protection ratings).
The system features an LCD display for real-time monitoring of impact angle and height parameters. Impact height is calculated with precision based on pendulum arm length and angular displacement, with adjustable settings to accommodate any required test height. This ensures that impact angle accuracy, impact point precision, and energy repeatability meet the stringent requirements specified in applicable testing standards.
The IK01-06P small pendulum impact tester is designed for vertical mounting on solid structural surfaces, with an adjustable mounting bracket providing forward/backward and left/right positioning capabilities for optimal test setup.
