    Description

The LSP-EMC500VA Programmable AC/DC Testing Power Supply System implements advanced SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) technology, DSP (Digital Signal Processing) digital processing technology, and high-power switch-mode power supply technology, achieving performance specifications that comply with international testing standards including IEC 61000-4-11, IEC 61000-4-13, IEC 61000-4-14, and IEC 61000-4-28.

This series of programmable power supplies is engineered for compliance testing applications across commercial electronics, power electronics, avionics, military systems, and regulatory certification laboratories. The system supports testing protocols ranging from benchtop laboratory validation to high-volume production line testing.

The LSP-EMC500VA Programmable AC/DC Testing Power Supply System delivers exceptional power output quality with low total harmonic distortion (THD). It provides precise power inputs for AC loads, DC loads, and rectifier loads through configurable AC, DC, and AC+DC power output modes.

The system is capable of simulating standardized power quality disturbances including voltage surges, voltage sags, short interruptions, and voltage fluctuations as defined in IEC 61000-4-11. Additionally, it generates waveforms with harmonic or interharmonic components to simulate distorted power waveforms per IEC 61000-4-13 and IEC 61000-4-14 requirements.

For measurement capabilities, the LSP-EMC500VA test power supply utilizes state-of-the-art digital signal processing (DSP) technology to provide accurate and rapid measurement of electrical parameters and harmonic analysis. Measured parameters include root mean square voltage (Vrms), root mean square current (Irms), true power (W), frequency (Hz), power factor (PF), current crest factor (CF), and measurement of harmonic components up to the 40th order.

The LSP-EMC500VA test power supply employs pulse width modulation (PWM) technology, enabling a peak current delivery capability of six times the rated current, making it an optimal testing instrument for measuring inrush currents as specified in testing standards. This series of AC test power supplies allows for programmable waveform switch-on and switch-off phase angles for testing surge currents and output maintenance duration. It also permits configuration of voltage and frequency variation rates to perform sweep testing across the input specification range of the device under test.
