The SG-M10 Surge Waveform Monitoring Instrument incorporates integrated surge voltage and current probes. When connected to the LISUN OSP1102 Digital Oscilloscope, it enables real-time monitoring of Surge Generator SG61000-5SA/SB and SG61000-5NA/NB output waveforms, including 1.2/50μs and 8/20μs surge pulses. The system provides real-time display of surge peak voltage and peak current parameters, along with real-time monitoring of equipment under test (EUT) breakdown voltage and breakdown current characteristics. This functionality enhances surge test process visibility and facilitates diagnostic analysis.
