UL 1598 Figures 19.17.1 and 19.17.2 Water Spray Test Device

The UL Water Spray Test Device fully complies with UL 60507-ENGL 1999 Figures 38.1 and 38.2, ANSI Z21.58 Clause 5.23.1 Figures 12 and 13, and CSA 4.3-2004 standards. This equipment meets UL 1598 Clause 19.17 Figures 19.17.1 and 19.17.2 requirements, along with UL 153, UL 154B, UL 1703, UL 8750, UL 1741, UL 514B, UL 1278, and UL 1571 standards. The system includes standard test protocols, enabling users to select required standard test items and execute tests without additional configuration. Custom test parameters can be independently configured to accommodate diverse sample testing requirements.

System Configuration:

• This system comprises a water supply control box (with integrated water tank) and six UL-compliant spray devices, engineered for comprehensive waterproof testing chamber applications.
• The water supply control box and spray devices are independently positioned. Following sample placement, operators can initiate testing from the control panel, maintaining safe distance from test apparatus to ensure personnel safety.
• Water distribution hoses route water from the supply system to each spray device, ensuring organized installation and optimal system aesthetics.
