The LS6586 series capacitor leakage current tester is designed for high stability and reliability in testing applications. It features a continuously adjustable test voltage and a rich interface, making it suitable for various capacitor and diode testing. Test times vary from fast (30 times/second) to slow (6 times/second). The tester offers automatic and manual test ranges with a HANDLER port for pass/fail indicators and alarms. Rich interface options include RS232, USB DEVICE, HANDLER, and optional GPIB.
