The LS-T2205 Automatic Torque Testing Machine employs a servo motor drive system with closed-loop control to perform torsion mechanical property testing on components and finished products. This equipment utilizes a high-precision torque sensor to collect torque data during testing procedures. Through programmable control of torsion angle, rotational speed, and cycle count, it executes multiple testing modes including unidirectional torsion, bidirectional torsion, constant angle torsion, and constant torque torsion.
During operation, the system automatically records critical parameters including torque, angle, and rotational speed. It generates torque-angle and torque-time test curves while automatically calculating test results such as maximum torque, yield torque, and torsional stiffness in accordance with applicable standards. This equipment is utilized for torque testing applications across multiple industries including mobile devices, tablets, electronic dictionaries, e-books, chargers, automotive door locks, and shaft components.
