Description
Current Transformer Tester Technical Specifications:
- Comprehensive functionality for testing protection, measurement, and TP category current transformers (CTs), as well as voltage transformer (PT) electromagnetic units. Performs excitation characteristics (voltage-current characteristics), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio deviation, and angle deviation measurements.
- Automated calculation of knee point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curves, accurate limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence coefficient (Kr), and saturated/unsaturated inductance parameters for CTs and PTs.
- Compliance with IEC 60044-1 (GB1208), IEC 60044-6 (GB16847), GB1207, and related transformer standards. Automated standard selection based on transformer type and accuracy class.
- Advanced low-frequency testing methodology capable of handling CT tests with inflection points up to 30 kV.
- Professional English graphical user interface with intuitive operation.
- Non-volatile storage for 2,000 test datasets. Data export via USB to PC for analysis using dedicated software, with report generation in Microsoft Word format.
- Streamlined testing procedures: single-operation completion of CT winding resistance, excitation, ratio, and polarity tests. Uniform wiring configuration for all CT tests except external load measurements.
- Portable design with total weight under 9 kg.
Standards Compliance:
- IEC 60044-1 (GB1208) “Instrument Transformers – Part 1: Current Transformers”
