    WKS-1208 Masks Flame Retardant Performance Tester evaluates the combustion characteristics of masks upon flame exposure at a defined linear velocity. It is specifically designed for assessing the flame retardant properties of masks. Compliance with standards: GB 19083-2010, YY 0469-2011, GB 2626-2006, GB 19083-2003. Specifications include: Head mold automatic movement speed (60±5) mm/s, adjustable flame height of 40±4 mm, distance from flame to burner tip (20±2) mm, flame temperature at burner tip (800±50)℃, distance from burner top to mask lowest point (20±2) mm, burner height adjustment range: 30 mm, metal head mold wall thickness 2-3 mm, flame resistance. Dimensions: 980*550*350 mm. Continuous ignition and timing accuracy: 0-9999.9 s, ±0.1 s. Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, 50W. Features include PLC touch screen control system for ease of operation and visualization. The metal human head mold fixture simulates actual mask use.
