High Voltage Tracking Test Chamber
Leave a Message
The TTC-2 High-Voltage Tracking Tester is a precision instrument engineered by LISUN for assessing the tracking and erosion resistance of solid insulating materials. It replicates the risk of tracking in insulating materials under power-frequency high voltage in challenging environments, such as humid and polluted conditions. By applying high voltage and introducing liquid contaminants, it evaluates the material’s tracking resistance. This tester is extensively utilized in research and development, production, and quality inspection across the electrical and electronics, new energy, and rail transit industries. It is an essential tool for ensuring the safety of insulating materials during high-voltage operations.
Standards:
IEC 60587:2022 – Methods for evaluating the resistance of electrical insulating materials to tracking and erosion under severe ambient conditions
UL 746A:2023 (Clause 34) – Standard for Polymeric Materials – Short Term Property Evaluation
GB/T 6553-2024 – Methods for assessing the tracking and erosion resistance of electrical insulating materials under harsh environmental conditions
