Description
The LS-B77 Vacuum Cleaner Hose Torsion Testing System is engineered to comply with IEC 60335-2-2 Clause 21.104 (GB/T 4706.7 Clause 21.104) specifications for evaluating the torsion resistance of vacuum cleaner hoses. During testing, one hose termination is secured in the rotational fixture while the opposite termination remains unconstrained. Each test sequence comprises five clockwise rotations followed by five counterclockwise rotations at a rotational velocity of 10 revolutions per minute (r/min), executed for 20 complete cycles. Following torsion testing, specimens undergo dielectric withstand voltage testing to verify structural integrity and electrical safety compliance.
