LWMF-1 Screwed Glands Torque Test Device is engineered to comply with IEC 60598-1:2024 Clause 4.12.5 (GB 7000.1:2023 Clause 4.12.5), IEC 60884-1:2022 Clause 24.7 (GB/T 2099.1-2023 Clause 24.7), IEC 61058-1:2018 Clause 19.2.5 (GB/T 15092.1-2020 Clause 19.2.5), and IEC 60669-1:2017 Clause 20.4 (GB/T 16915.1-2024 Clause 20.4). This device is designed to evaluate the installation reliability of screwed glands on electrical products. The test apparatus employs a fixed pulley mechanism to apply torque through a metal rod positioned on a φ500mm outer circumference, eliminating the operational challenges associated with traditional wrench-based torque application methods. The system accommodates testing of both metal and molded plastic glands.
