It replicates the testing environments mandated by standards such as IEC 60335-1:2023, ensuring stable and compliant conditions for temperature rise testing of home appliances, medical devices, and information technology products. Utilizing precisely arranged K-type thermocouples and brass temperature measuring strips, the TMPWS series captures real-time temperature data from critical components of the tested product, including windings, housings, and terminal blocks, during operation. Based on the stability criterion of a “temperature difference of ≤2°C over three hours,” it accurately calculates the temperature rise value, providing essential data for evaluating product lifespan, heat dissipation design rationality, and safety compliance. The TMPWS series Temperature Rise Test Corner can be optionally equipped with the TMP-16 series Multiplex Temperature Tester for simultaneous multi-channel data recording and analysis, automatically generating temperature rise curves and test reports.
