    Description

    The LS8815 Impulse Winding Tester is engineered to meet the rigorous testing requirements of winding components in compliance with IEC 60270 standards. Its operational principle involves utilizing a high-voltage charged capacitor with minimal test energy to establish RLC parallel resonance with the coil under evaluation. Through analysis of oscillating attenuation waveforms, employing precision sampling technology at rates up to 100MSa/s (with 200MSa/s customization available), the instrument accurately identifies insulation defects including inter-turn short circuits, inter-layer short circuits, and diminished insulation performance. This enables component manufacturers and quality control departments to maintain stringent product quality standards.

    The instrument series demonstrates rapid measurement capabilities with exceptional waveform repeatability, making it suitable for comprehensive testing of enameled wire wound components such as motors, power frequency transformers, relays, switching power supply transformers, and degaussing coils.
