Universal Tensile Testing Machine
Leave a Message
The PULL-2000KG Universal Tensile Testing Machine (Universal Testing Machine – UTM) employs computer-controlled operation to conduct mechanical property testing on diverse materials and finished products. The system acquires test data through a high-precision force transducer and features adjustable test rate control, enabling execution of multiple test modes including tensile, compression, peel, shear, tear, and bending evaluations. During testing, the equipment automatically records critical parameters such as force and displacement, generates multiple test curve types, and calculates core mechanical properties including tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation percentage in accordance with applicable standards. Configured with various clamp sizes, the system accommodates test specimens of different materials and geometries. Applications include mechanical property testing of non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics, wire and cable insulation, textiles, waterproof membranes, and non-woven fabrics, as well as metallic materials including wire, foil, sheet, and rod forms.
