Integrating Sphere With Holder Base
Leave a Message
Due to the diverse configurations and dimensions of large luminaires, such as LED street lights, floodlights, and panel lights, securing these fixtures within a conventional integrating sphere for 4π geometry testing presents challenges. The absence of a robust test platform to support heavy LED outdoor lighting fixtures necessitates a specialized solution. The LISUN IS-*MA Optical 4π Geometry Integrating Sphere With Holder Base is engineered to accommodate such LED luminaires. The IS-*MA Integrating Sphere T8/T5 Tube Test Holder and IS-*MA Integrating Sphere Test Holder Base are capable of supporting luminaires weighing up to 20kg.
Specification:
- Internal coating material of the integrating sphere complies with CIE Publication No. 84 (1989) and IES LM-79 standards.
- Internal reflectance: ρ(λ) ≥ 0.96 (450 nm to 800 nm) and ρ(λ) ≥ 0.92 (380 nm to 450 nm).
- Diffuse reflection characteristics: Reflectance ρ ≈ 0.8 with an accuracy of ρ(λ) < 1.5%.
- Lamp fixtures: Include jigs for E27, T5/T8/T12 tubes, and a holder base for LED and other luminaires. Test samples can be installed in both upward and downward orientations within the sphere.
- Integrated features: Power cable, power terminal, and auxiliary lamp position (auxiliary lamp is optional).
- Convenience: Built-in power cable and socket facilitate direct power connection to the lamp under test.
- Ports: Two photodetector ports, one optical fiber port, and one temperature sensor port are integrated.
- Alignment aid: Built-in cross laser assists in centering the standard lamp and lamp under test within the integrating sphere (excluded for spheres with diameters ≤ 1 meter).
Cross Laser for Integrating Sphere Application: The integrating sphere operates in conjunction with a spectroradiometer to perform measurements of photometric, colorimetric, and electrical parameters.
