    Description

LISUN Cable Tie Minimum Operating Temperature Test Solutions are engineered to meet the requirements of Clause 9.4 in NMX-J-623-ANCE-2025, CSA C22.2 No. 62275:25, and UL 62275. Each device is precisely constructed to align with Figures 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d, ensuring accurate and repeatable testing for cable tie products.
    1. UL 62275 Figure 4a Test Apparatus Assembly (LISUN Model: LS-SU4068A):

    • Precision Impact Control: The free-fall hammer mechanism delivers impact energy as specified in Table 7, with adjustable drop height and weight.
    • Integrated Measurement: Features a calibrated scale for accurate drop height measurement and guided rails for vertical hammer descent.
    • Robust Construction: A heavy-duty base and rigid frame ensure stability, while the sample holder secures the test mandrel and cable tie assembly.
    • Compliance: Conforms to the test apparatus assembly in Figure 4a, ensuring correct impact application on the cable tie strap.

    2. UL 62275 Figure 4b & 4c Test Mandrel with Supporting V-block (LISUN Model: LS-SU4071A):

    • Precision V-block Design: Machined to cradle the test mandrel, maintaining stability and alignment during impact.
    • Impact Alignment: Directs force precisely at the cable tie strap opposite the locking mechanism, as per the standard.
    • Material Durability: Made from high-strength, impact-resistant materials for repeated testing without deformation.
    • Versatility: Compatible with various mandrel diameters specified in Clause 5.9, suitable for different cable tie sizes.
