Numerous LED manufacturers employ dual integrating spheres and a spectroradiometer for testing. Traditionally, when utilizing a large sphere, the detector cable and optical fiber must be connected from the spectrophotometer to the large sphere, followed by calibration before testing. Conversely, switching to a smaller sphere necessitates detaching the detector cable and optical fiber from the large sphere and reconnecting them to the small sphere, requiring recalibration. This repetitive process is cumbersome and can degrade the lifespan of the detector cable and optical fiber. To address customer requirements, Lisun has developed the LS512A/LS512B Optical Path Converter. This innovation eliminates the need to swap optical fibers and detectors between spheres, requiring only the LS512A/LS512B switch. The LS512A model is compatible with the LMS-5000 and dual integrating spheres, while the LS512B model suits the LMS-9000 and dual integrating spheres.
