    Description

The UL 2200 Figure 8.4 Test Pin is a precision safety testing instrument engineered for stationary engine generator assemblies, including commercial backup generators and industrial stationary generators. This tool features a 3mm conductive metal probe designed to access confined spaces such as terminal slots and chassis seams to detect accessible hazardous live parts. A 25mm insulating baffle plate prevents over-insertion, while a 10mm-diameter insulated handle provides precise control during testing operations.

This test pin applies a controlled 20N thrust force to simulate accidental tool contact, ensuring strict compliance with UL 2200 safety standards for electric shock prevention in generator manufacturing. The cable-free design is compatible with optional low-voltage test supplies for extended functionality.

NOTE: Model SMT-S2962 is supplied without cable. For testing with low-voltage supplies using LISUN model SMT-529CV, select model SMT-1213C with cables.
