Description
The SW-6 Power Cord Flex Test System evaluates the bending resistance of household appliance power cords at the entry point into the appliance. A motor-driven turntable rotates to apply mechanical load and rated voltage to the cord specimen, inducing controlled left-right bending cycles at predetermined speed and angular displacement. The system automatically terminates testing upon reaching the preset cycle count or upon cord failure detection via signal loss, thereby validating power cord durability and compliance with international safety standards.
