The High Power LED Aging Test System is engineered to evaluate the aging characteristics and operational lifespan of high-power LED devices in compliance with IEC 62471-5 photobiological safety standards. This system facilitates simultaneous and independent testing of up to 64 high-power LED units, including 1W, 3W, and 5W configurations. Two distinct drive methodologies are available: constant current drive and impact pulse drive. The constant current drive mode delivers a specified current value to individual test groups, each comprising 8 devices. The impact pulse drive mode offers configurable output frequency and duty cycle parameters for comprehensive stress testing.

- The standard LS600 configuration includes 1 test group with 8 independent channels, enabling simultaneous testing of 8 LEDs. (Optional expansion to 8 groups permits testing of 64 LEDs concurrently)
