    Description

The SBLL-3P20A is designed to evaluate the load breaking capacity of switches used with self-ballasted lamps. It determines if the switch experiences issues such as continuous arcing, contact welding, or prolonged closure/opening when managing LED circuits, ensuring it can endure electrical and thermal stresses without significant damage. The device includes an integrated voltage regulator, negating the need for an external one to achieve the necessary testing voltage. It features a digital display for clear visualization of input voltage and output power, along with a pointer-type ammeter for easy monitoring of current surges. The equipment supports multi-station synchronous testing, includes a built-in closing control mechanism, and provides a metering mode with dedicated ports for convenient calibration and parameter verification. It offers long-term interruption and continuity protection with adjustable protection time. Activation of the protection halts the machine and triggers an alarm. Compatible with relevant plugs, sockets, and switch life testing machines, it complies with standard switch load testing requirements. Standards: IEC 60669-1:2018, GB/T 16915.1-2024, GB/T 16915.2-2024. Specification: • Digital display voltage value: 0~300V, accuracy: Class 0.5. Digital display power value: 0~9KW, accuracy: Class 0.5 • Preset switch rated voltage: AC 250V, and rated current: 10A, 13A, 16A, 20A four ranges available • Equipped with a voltage regulating device to achieve 250V AC voltage for switching test without external voltage regulator • Adjustable input voltage to ensure test voltage AC 250V • All working parameters are set according to AC 250V, including W, I peak, I²t, and current surge wa…
