IEC 60811-1-4 Clause 8.1 and 8.2 Low Temperature Winding Test Device
Leave a Message
The LS-B39 Low Temperature Winding Test Device is engineered for precise evaluation of cable and insulated core performance under low-temperature conditions in accordance with international testing standards. This specialized apparatus simulates winding operations within controlled low-temperature environments to assess structural integrity, flexibility, and material tolerance of round cables and insulated conductors when subjected to thermal stress.
The testing methodology requires integration with dedicated low-temperature 32s to establish and maintain specified thermal conditions throughout the evaluation procedure. This ensures accurate verification that the low-temperature performance characteristics of tested cable specimens comply with established technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
Note: This device must be operated in conjunction with compatible low-temperature test chambers, such as the LISUN GDJW-500D Low Temperature Test Chamber, to achieve the requisite testing environment parameters.
Compliance Standards:
- IEC 60811-1-4:1995: Insulated and sheathed cables and flexible cords – Part 1-4: Methods of test – Low temperature tests
- VDE 0472:1984: Methods of test for insulated cables and wires
- GB/T 2951.4-1997: General test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric cables and optical cables – Part 4: Low temperature tests
- GB/T 2099-1994: Plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes
- IEC 60811-1-4 Clause 8.1 and 8.2: Specific test procedures for low-temperature winding evaluation
