The LS-B39 Low Temperature Winding Test Device is engineered for precise evaluation of cable and insulated core performance under low-temperature conditions in accordance with international testing standards. This specialized apparatus simulates winding operations within controlled low-temperature environments to assess structural integrity, flexibility, and material tolerance of round cables and insulated conductors when subjected to thermal stress.

The testing methodology requires integration with dedicated low-temperature 32s to establish and maintain specified thermal conditions throughout the evaluation procedure. This ensures accurate verification that the low-temperature performance characteristics of tested cable specimens comply with established technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Note: This device must be operated in conjunction with compatible low-temperature test chambers, such as the LISUN GDJW-500D Low Temperature Test Chamber, to achieve the requisite testing environment parameters.
