IEC 63294 IEC 60245-1 IEC 60227-1 Static Flexibility Test Machine for Flexible Cables
Leave a Message
The WDT-3 Static Flexibility Test Machine is designed for static flexure testing in the mechanical strength assessment of finished flexible cables. During the procedure, a cable sample of a specified length is secured at one clamping end. Maintaining the initial clamping distance, one end is adjusted to bend the cable into a standard U-shape. The test concludes by measuring the final distance between the two clamping ends. This equipment is exclusively suitable for flexible cables with defined structures and specifications. It is not applicable for cables with conductor nominal cross-sections or concentric layers that exceed the specified range, ensuring standardized testing conditions for verifying the mechanical performance compliance of flexible cables.
