    Description

    The LSRF-3 Flicker Test System is equipped with a Class A photo detector, achieving a sampling speed of up to 100kHz. It is compliant with BASIC, Energy Star V2.1, IEC TR 61547-1:2020, CA CEC, ASSIST, CIE TN006-2016 CIE SVM, IEEE Std 1789 standards, among others. This system is designed for professional flicker testing of LED lights, lamps, and energy-saving lamps, adhering to EU directives 1194/2012, 2009/125/EC, SASO2902, COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/2015, COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2019/2020, and IEC60969 “Self-ballasted Lamps for General Lighting Services—Performance Requirements.” The LSRF-3 connects to a PC via USB cable, compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 (Microsoft certified driver). Standards include Energy Star V2.1 “Lamps Program Requirements V2.1,” IEC TR 61547-1:2020 “Equipment for general lighting purposes – EMC immunity requirements – Part 1: Objective light flickermeter and voltage fluctuation immunity test method,” CIE TN006-2016 CIE SVM “Visual Aspects of Time-Modulated Lighting Systems – Definitions and Measurement Models,” IEEE Std 1789 “IEEE Recommended Practices for Modulating Current in High-Brightness LEDs for Mitigating Health Risks to Viewers,” IEC60969 “Self-ballasted Lamps for General Lighting Services—Performance Requirements.” The Lamp Flicker test interface requires LISUN Integrating Sphere, DC Power Source, and Standard Light Source. It can also be integrated into LISUN LPCE-2/LPCE-3 Integrating Sphere System or LSG-6000/LSG-1890B/LSG-1800A Goniophotometer system or LSG-6000CCD/LSG-1890BCCD/LSG-1800ACCD Goniospectroradiometer system.
