Integrating Sphere with Side Assistant Opening

IES LM-79 Clause 9.1.2 specifies the requirement for 4π geometry and 2π geometry integrating spheres for LED photometric testing. LISUN has engineered a photometric integrating sphere with a side assistant opening, utilizing A-Molding technology to ensure compliance with this standard. The IS-*MA**C/IS-*MA**P series integrating spheres retain all specifications of the IS-*MA models. Traditional integrating spheres are assembled from multiple components, whereas LISUN’s A-Molding technology produces a monolithic sphere structure. This A-Molding approach enhances sphericity, resulting in more accurate test data compared to conventional assembled spheres. Specification:

• Internal coating material complies with CIE Publication No. 84 (1989) and IES LM-79 standards.
• BaSO₄ internal coating: Reflectance ρ(λ) ≥ 0.96 (450 nm to 800 nm) and ρ(λ) ≥ 0.92 (380 nm to 450 nm).
• High diffuse reflection: Reflectance ρ ≈ 0.8 with spectral accuracy ρ(λ) < 1.5%.
• Integrated functional lamp testing fixtures: Includes E27 sockets, T5/T8/T12 tube holders, and a universal base for LED luminaires and other lighting devices. Test samples can be mounted in both upward and downward orientations within the sphere.
• Built-in power cable, power terminal, and optional auxiliary lamp position (auxiliary lamp is optional).
• Integrated power cable and terminal facilitate direct power connection to the device under test.
• Two photodetector ports, one optical fiber port, and one temperature sensor port are incorporated.
• Built-in cross laser alignment system assists in centering standard lamps and devices under test within the sphere (excluded for spheres with diameter ≤ 1 meter).
