The LEDLS-60/LEDLS-12 LED Driver Online Tester, designed in accordance with IEC 62384 standards, is primarily employed for final product testing on production lines. Its intuitive design enables operators to achieve operational proficiency rapidly.

• The tester comprises A Group and B Group Measuring Modules. The A Group module tests AC parameters for 6 LED drivers simultaneously, while the B Group module tests AC, DC, and AC/DC parameters for 6 LED drivers.
• Twelve display windows facilitate comparative analysis of input and output parameters.
• Complete parameter testing is achieved within 0.1 seconds.
• Configurable PASS/FAIL thresholds with audible/visual alarm indicators for out-of-specification results. Handle port interface available (optional, additional cost).
• PC communication software for data management (optional, additional cost)

• LEDLS-12: Single-channel configuration supporting simultaneous testing of 6 LED driver input/output parameters (or 12 input/output parameters).
• LEDLS-60: Ten-channel configuration supporting simultaneous testing of 60 LED driver input/output parameters.
• Measurement capabilities include:
1). AC Input Parameters (RMS values): Voltage (U), Current (I), Power (P), Power Factor (PF), Frequency (Hz), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)
2). AC/DC Output Parameters (RMS/Average values): Voltage (U), Current (I), Power (P), Power Factor (PF), Efficiency, Ripple Current
3). Harmonic Analysis: THD measurement with harmonic component testing for orders 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 (50-order analysis optional)
• LEDLS-60 features 8-inch LCD display for comprehensive parameter visualization; LEDLS-12 utilizes 12 discrete display windows.
• Testing efficiency: LEDLS-60 completes testing cycle including LED load illumination in 20 seconds; LEDLS-12 achieves same in 2 seconds.
• Integration requires connection to six LISUN M9822 LED DC electronic loads or LED lamps.
• Configurable upper/lower limit thresholds with audible/visual alarms for parameter exceedances.
• Manual triggering and PC software interface for test result storage available as optional features (additional cost)
