LPCE-2 Integrating Sphere Spectroradiometer LED Testing System
Leave a Message
LPCE-2 Integrating Sphere Spectroradiometer LED Testing System is designed for comprehensive light measurement of individual LED components and complete LED lighting assemblies. Accurate assessment of LED quality requires precise measurement of photometric, colorimetric, and electrical parameters. Compliance with international standards including CIE 177 “Color Rendering of White LED Light Sources,” CIE84 “The measurement of luminous flux,” CIE-13.3 “Method of Measuring and Specifying Colour Rendering Properties of Light Sources,” IES LM-79-19 “Optical and Electrical Measurements of Solid State Lighting Products,” IESNA LM-63-2 “IESNA Standard File Format for the Electronic Transfer of Photometric Data and Related Information,” IES LM-80-08 “Measuring Lumen Maintenance of LED Light Sources,” ANSI-C78.377 “Specifications for the Chromaticity of Solid State Lighting Products for Electric Lamps,” and COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/2015 mandates the use of an array spectroradiometer integrated with an optimized integrating sphere for SSL product validation.
The LPCE-2 system configuration incorporates either the LMS-9000C High Precision CCD Spectroradiometer or LMS-9500C Scientific Grade CCD Spectroradiometer, paired with a precision-molded integrating sphere mounted on a stable holder base. This engineered sphere geometry provides superior sphericity compared to conventional designs, resulting in enhanced measurement accuracy and repeatability.
