The LSRF-3 Lamp Start, Run-up Time and Light Flickering Analyzer incorporates a Class A photodetector with a sampling frequency of 100 kHz. This system ensures compliance with multiple international standards including Energy Star V2.1, IEC TR 61547-1:2020 (IEC-Pst), CIE TN006-2016 (CIE SVM), IEEE Std 1789, and IEC60969. It is designed for comprehensive flicker testing of LED luminaires, energy-efficient lamps, and general lighting products in accordance with EU directives 1194/2012, 2009/125/EC, SASO 2902, COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/2015, COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2019/2020, and IEC60969 “Self-ballasted Lamps for General Lighting Services—Performance Requirements.”
The LSRF-3 interfaces with PC systems via USB connectivity, with software compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 operating systems using Microsoft-certified drivers.
