Description
LISUN Cable Tie Minimum Operating Temperature Test Apparatus engineered to fully comply with the minimum operating temperature test for cable ties as specified in Clause 9.4 of UL 62275, CSA C22.2 No. 62275:25, NMX-J-623-ANCE-2025, and IEC 62275. Each test apparatus precisely conforms to the dimensional and functional requirements of Figure 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d, ensuring accurate, repeatable, and standards-compliant testing for cable tie product validation.
1. UL 62275 Figure 4a Test Apparatus Assembly (LISUN Model: LS-SU4068A):
- Precision Impact Control: The free-fall hammer mechanism delivers impact energy as defined in Table 7 of UL 62275, with adjustable drop height and calibrated mass to meet exact test parameter requirements.
- Integrated Measurement System: Incorporates a calibrated vertical scale for precise drop height measurement and guided rails to ensure vertical hammer descent, eliminating lateral displacement and ensuring test repeatability.
- Robust Structural Design: Heavy-duty base and rigid frame provide mechanical stability during impact events, while the sample holder securely clamps the test mandrel and cable tie assembly in the specified orientation.
- Standards Compliance: Fully conforms to the test apparatus assembly configuration shown in Figure 4a of UL 62275, ensuring impact force is applied correctly to the cable tie strap as mandated by the standard.
2. UL 62275 Figure 4b & 4c Test Mandrel with Supporting V-block (LISUN Model: LS-SU4071A):
- Precision V-block Design: The V-block is precision-machined to securely cradle the test mandrel, ensuring stable alignment and preventing movement during impact testing.
- Impact Force Alignment: Engineered to direct impact force precisely at the cable tie strap opposite the locking mechanism, as required by UL 62275 Clause 9.4 specifications.
- Material Durability: Constructed from high-strength, impact-resistant materials to withstand repeated testing cycles without deformation, maintaining long-term measurement accuracy.
- Test Versatility: Compatible with multiple mandrel diameters as specified in Clause 5.9 of UL 62275, accommodating various cable tie sizes for comprehensive product testing.
