    Description

The LPCE-2(LMS-9000CUV) UV Lamp Test System is engineered for comprehensive photometric and electrical characterization of ultraviolet light sources in accordance with IEC 62471 photobiological safety standards. This system performs precise measurements of spectral power distribution, radiant flux, luminous efficacy, and specific UVA, UVB, and UVC radiant parameters alongside critical electrical characteristics. For verification of system performance, reference test reports are available: UVA Lamp Spectral-Radiance Test Report, UVB Lamp Spectral-Radiance Test Report, and UVC Lamp Spectral-Radiance Test Report. The complete system configuration comprises the following components:
    1. LMS-9000CUV High-Precision UV Spectroradiometer: This instrument provides accurate measurement of peak wavelength, relative spectral power distribution, total radiant power, and other spectral parameters essential for compliance testing.
    2. CFS-1.5M Fused Silica Optical Fiber: This component facilitates optical signal transmission between the LMS-9000CUV spectroradiometer and the dark test chamber, ensuring minimal signal degradation across the UV spectrum.
    3. CASE-UV036 Dark Test Chamber for UV Applications: This light-tight enclosure provides a controlled testing environment for ultraviolet light sources, with internal dimensions of 60×60×100 cm to accommodate various lamp configurations.
    4. CLAMP-2B Multi-Function LED Clamping System for UV Testing (Optional): This versatile fixture system, including an integrated movable rail, accommodates most SMD and through-hole UV light sources. The rail system (pre-installed within the CASE-UV036 chamber) provides adjustable positioning from 60 mm to 316 mm to accommodate light sources with varying intensity profiles.
    5. SLS-UV UV Standard Reference Source with Regulated Power Supply: This calibration subsystem includes a deuterium-based UV reference lamp and a dedicated power supply. The deuterium source provides a continuous UV spectrum from 200 nm to 400 nm, serving as an ideal calibration reference for photometric instrumentation. The regulated power supply ensures source stability and extends operational lifespan through controlled electrical parameters:
    • Preheating voltage: 2.5 V
    • Preheating current: 4 A
    • Trigger voltage: 350 V
    • Operating current: 300 mA
    • Spectral range: 200–400 nm
