The WDT-3 Static Flexibility Test Machine is engineered for conducting static flexure tests on finished flexible cables as part of mechanical strength evaluations. During testing, a cable sample of specified length is secured at the clamping ends. Following the establishment of the initial clamping distance, one end is displaced to form the cable into a standardized U-shape configuration. The test procedure concludes with the measurement of the final distance between the clamping ends. This apparatus is specifically designed for flexible cables with defined structural and dimensional parameters. It is not applicable to cables whose conductor nominal cross-sectional areas or concentric layers exceed the designated range, thereby ensuring standardized testing conditions for verifying the mechanical performance compliance of flexible cables.
